At NNIU LLC, every piece is made to order with care and craftsmanship. Because of the custom nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

Made-to-Order Commitment

Each garment is created specifically for you once an order is placed. This approach helps us reduce waste, minimize overproduction, and promote mindful fashion. For this reason, all sales are final.

Exchanges & Sizing Issues

If you received the wrong item, or if there is a sizing or quality issue with your order, please contact us at hr@nniuoffice.com within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to work with you to find a solution, whether that’s an exchange or a store credit, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly remake or replace your item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, all orders are final.
