Thank you for shopping with NNIU LLC. Each item in our collection is made to order with care and attention to detail. We appreciate your patience and support of our small-batch, intentional production process.

Processing Time

All NNIU garments are made to order. This means that once your order is placed, we begin crafting your piece specifically for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and often ship sooner, but ask that you anticipate the full time frame during peak periods or for complex designs.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and location. Standard shipping rates and estimated transit times will be provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Updates

You will receive email updates throughout the process—from confirmation to shipment. If you have any questions or need to update your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hr@nniuoffice.com.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as material availability, shipping carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand. We will communicate transparently if there are any unexpected changes to your delivery schedule.
